Customers fill out the Contact form on the website, specifying the purpose of the trip, number of travelers, preferred destinations, and other requests.

Itinerary Discussion & Adjustment
The travel agency discusses and finalizes a customized itinerary with the customer, considering their preferences and budget.
Step 3
Reservation Confirmation & Deposit Payment
Once the itinerary is finalized, the customer sends a deposit to confirm the booking. The deposit is part of the total tour cost.
Step 4
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour via bank transfer or in cash on the day of the tour. Payment methods and currency (KRW, USD, etc.) should be agreed upon in advance.
